hmm this is what i think:
maybe HODY is the guy from other digging company.. he is Janise rival characters... and Hody always like Janise and talk freely in front of her..

so u mean hes always fighting with janice? the typical love-hate relationship...? he could prob look annoying but appears cool too... daomingshi from F4 would be the template for this....
of the 5... the second from top, in left would be best choice (maybe number the concepts so its easier to reference next time)

i think if really creating such relationship, then he will be somehow connected to the main character(janice)... so i guess he will play part of the story as well, i suppose...
i reckon he should be those kind of people who will say a lot of bull shit and pretent to be cool, and always do things wrong...
